Our latest LED reflector ODM project presented a fascinating challenge: a client required three distinct reflectors, each with specific beam angles. The task was to design these reflectors within the stringent mechanical dimensions set by the client, ensuring they met all functional requirements. This involved a detailed and precise approach to both design and engineering.
From the outset, our team focused on understanding the exact needs and constraints of the client. The specified beam angles were crucial, as they directly impact the effectiveness of the lighting application. To address this, we employed advanced optical design software to simulate various scenarios and optimize the reflector shapes accordingly.
